After all, at the gnu moaningham station, they will have to go up before they can go down cause they are not going to remove the monumental steps or facade of the old poseroffice.A nice conjecture, but a false one. As part of phase 1, they have already added a street level entrance at 31st and 7th, which currently only allows access to a simple new concourse with no facilities on the west side of 8th Ave. |
