A large unbendable steel arm and a flimsy arm have to go up before the buses and official vehicles can enter the bus terminal in the center of the plaza. Our local access-a-ride equivalents could go in as well. A taxi stand need only a height restricting bar (so nothing taller than a minivan) and that same steel arm, and a plate reader that OKs anything with TLC plates. |
