If they are breaking one of the rules and regulations or the law, out they go! Obviously you're not going to write down on paper that you are rejecting someone from the system just for looking undomiciled. They have to break a rule first. And Transit Authority Personnel asking them to get out of the car so it can be cleaned at the end of the line or for whatever other reasons, constitutes just that |
