Stop and frisk needed to stop and go away. What has happened though is quality of life crimes have basically been all but de-criminalized due to the current social zeitgeist. Since moving to Queens last spring, the amount of fare beating you witness on the system is staggering, especially though the emergency gates. People just post up and waiting for exiting passengers to go through then viola. |
