None of you guys can see the homeless guy and his shopping cart in the back of the car? Don't you think he is guilty of making the mess? NYCT personnel are being forced by deBlasio to clean up after these mentally ill/homeless people all the time. And have problems with them at terminal relays and lay-ups to get them off the trains. And they delay the trains in clearing tracks at the terminals.If deBlasio would do the right thing and the cops stop dumping these people into the subways to get them off the streets you wouldn't see this type of thing. But the public blames the transit worker for the mess. |
