At least in the subway, it uses the same feed as the next train display.

I am a realist and I know that using paper timetables is foolish and obsolete.*

Maybe you have ESP and you can predict a car accident miles ahead, but the rest of us use apps for that. I use an app that routes me around those every time, while you get stuck for an hour. Not turning on your GPS every time is unbelievably careless.

*Unless you want to prepare for a dead battery, then it’s OK.
