It’s four long avenue blocks from Utica to the very eastern end of the elevated section at Ralph Avenue. And Google Street View shows the el passing over Utica without any noticeable drop in grade. The new station doesn’t even have to be centered over Utica; just have one end over Utica and extend toward Schenectady Ave.
