LION supports corporal punishment for scum under 35ys. They ain't worth the jail space. Give them their stripes and send them home. Eventually they will get the hint or end up with a real prison sentence for something.

But for kids, (15-35) stripes will do for the small stuff.

Stripes are administered by a court official using proper technique and equipment so someone can not claim that they got it harder than the other guy. It is in the sentence, it is what the judge ordered.
