There still needs to be capacity for expansion since the infrastructure of the NYCTS is still in a rather tenuous condition. In addition to the transfer at Franklin which would by the way be easier than the one at Metrotech, it would also provide an additional transfer to the IRT as an alternative to the one at Atlantic/Barclay. |
