It’s not so much having the guts or strength to take action but it's the convoluted laws in this state. If a person were to take action and injure then perp, the perp would be out of hospital walking free while the good samaritan would be arrested, processed and still awaiting arraignment. If this were a “stand your ground” state things would be different. |
