That is why I close the free bridges to cars, and at the same time close the parking lanes on 5th 6th 7th and 8th Avenues, and run large bendy-beeeses there. The bus will be free, in the meanwhile, gongestion pricing: $2.00 upon entry at 60th Street or other bridge or tunnel access points. Add $1.00 for every ten avenue blocks passed plus $5.00 to enter south of Canal.ROARING |
