It could be done, but it is mostly inappropriate for NYC and udder USA cities. What is to prevent people from making their home in the subway, what is to prevent thugs, toughs, troublemakers off of the system.A fare needs to be paid to use the system. And in reality, that is a minimal fare such as we now have. |
