David Rogoff included the same explanation about Bedford Nostrand's mezzanine, in the detailed historic brochure* he wrote for the BMT Standards (2390-91-92) fantrip in October or November 1967.*about 15-18 single spaced typewritten (on a manual) pages, mimeographed [?] on skyblue paper. He used, as sources, some of his own subway construction histories done for the NY Div. bulletin. |
