Kew Gardens, by technicality, isn't. There are ramps to both platforms. However, there is no direct passage between the two platforms. You have to walk along Austin Street and Lefferts (for wheelchairs, otherwise use the passageway directly to Lefferts) before going onto Audley (to the parking lot) to get to the other platform. This is over the Lefferts Blvd bridge so there is a steep grade. There is no reason to build an overpass, so it likely won't ever be fully accessible. |
