If they bring a critical mass, they might induce some of that labor pool to move. The target smart young people won't stay in a flat, hot, boring locale no matter what, but a metro with some fun & frills plus a big blob of high earning, high spending people will support a lotta zumba classes, interesting food, etc etc. |
