A bit dramatic.Riders don't have to find an alternate means of transportation. NJT is providing the alternate means of transportation. The problem is the shortage of engineers because NJT does not pay well and they learn their craft there and move elsewhere. Add to that the regular stuff of retirements and promotions. I know you are aware of this but I guess the reporter isn't. |
