Tell that to the 2009 crash victim families.1K cars were known to telescope even when not on the head when non-1K cars were at point of impact and did not telescope. CSX does on occasion Crash,Spill,& Xplode onto WMATA's ROW now and again as well. At some point , they will do so at the wrong place and wrong time. |
