At least on the Bway Bkln Line that can be rectified by designated all Manhattan bound trains as northbound and all away from Manhattan trains a southbound like it used to be. There was a time when the NYC and the NH shared trackage between GCT and Woodlawn and NYC trains lvg GCT were westbound and NH trains lvg GCT were eastbound. I believe with both Amtrak and M/N it has now been changed and everything lvg GCT is northbound. |
