It's not odd. But the BQC corridor does not need the support. There are places in NYC that do.Before WWII, instead of coming up with "affordable housing" schemes that either don't solve the problem or make it worse, they built transit lines to new areas opening up new land to affordable housing. It's a crime that commutes are so long from certain areas of the city itself. |
