That sounds like a topic which was rain=sed in my Poli Sci class on urban politics at Queens College in 1964. When Lefrak City was being planned, its developers were arguing which post office it would belong to, Corona or Elmhurst. When the smoke finally cleared, the post office in which it would be located was Lefrak City. |
