There is also the "Manhattan Centric" point of view - The L-train was NOT BEING SHUT DOWN - only the portion in Manhattan.That's like saying closing Penn Station is a Manhattan Centric view. After all it's just one station, the LIRR/NJT would not be shut down, only the "portion in Manhattan". Some stations are more important than others... |
