More like as I noted because because Cuomo is likely looking to a Presidential run and likely in his mind needs those votes in order to win primaries in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut in 2020 if he does decide to run then. It may all be about that race, especially now that Mitt Romney looks like he may "primary" Trump on the GOP side then. |
