The Empire Service trains are paid for by NYSDOT. Very few obstacles are insurmountable if someone is willing to foot the bill. Would the extensions being discussed serve a large enough group of people, or provide enough of an economic boost to be considered worthwhile? If not, they are fun to talk about, but are non starters. |
