The SWC is different, and I'm actually worried about that one. Primary reason is that it is the only train on the endangered section of the route (not the only passenger train, the only train, period).

For the LSL, not only does it share with a lot of freight, most of the stations are also shared with other trains. I think the only LSL-only stations are Pittsfield and Erie. It's the E train of Amtrak long distance.

For the ACL, it's the only NJT heavy rail line in South Jersey. Considering everyone in the state pays taxes towards NJT, losing that token line would open a can of worms, especially considering how much money is going towards the Penn Station end which South Jerseyans have little use for...
