I'd agree actually, but by still needing the trap doors you end up with the same problem.

The best case would be if NJT went 100% high level so they no longer need traps at all. Raise Jersey Ave and the NEC is done. NJCL is almost done. RVL, M&E, and rest of Hoboken Division are barely started.
