Bad analogy - The whole problem is a shortage of PTC equipment. There isn't enough time as it is to get the fleet they actually used brought up to code, much less engines they never touch.Better analogy is you have a 2007 Mustang and 74 Pinto in the garage, neither of which have working headlights, and you need to drive at night *right now*, and you borrow your neighbor's beater pickup. |
