The only redeemable part is the rigging for the getaway, which is quite accurate as compared to the novel. The front cab window was broken out in the novel in order to join the pieces of pipe together. You can't blame the TA for not allowing that in the original movie because you had a revenue active car being used. The TTC cars used in the remake were about to be scrapped, so chances are TTC management didn't care if a window was busted out. |
