Nope; there were only two railroads that were electrified on the NJT system (PRR and DL&W), and only two different electrification systems (11kV 25Hz and 3kV DC respectively). NJT turned the 3kV DC system into 25kV 60Hz; now this was in anticipation of Amtrak converting the 11kV 25Hz to that system, but it's still only two systems.
