That was when people had to commute to lower Manhattan. Not many do on weekends.They won't run the NWK train uptown because they are too cheap to run the NWK line any more often than 20 minutes, and are too lazy to cut consists to 7 cars. PATH also does not give a flying shit about off-peak passengers. |
