I can't see LIRR service to Penn being reduced, because Nassau and Suffolk communities will scream bloody murder.Lots of people will stop going to Penn once they can go to GCT. So the trains to Penn wouldn't be full any more. Why would LIRR not cut the number of trains to Penn? |
