Toronto has a horizontal escalator (moving walkway) between Spadina stations on the 1 and 2 line. (Gawd I hate the renumbering, University Line and Bloor Danforth). They are close, but not quite that close.

Isn't there something similar in Queens at 21st?

Airports have them all the time. New tunnel under the shipping channel to Billy Bishop airport (Toronto's Island airport) has them.
