The Problem here is there are no longer 3 divisions.2 subdivisions and one full. Still a tangled mess that needs streamlining...that a few additional connections could fix. One could remove some or all trains from the Manny B by building a series of short connecting tunnels in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. |
