Bayside would still get the majority of the Queens portion.

NYC would subsidize the train, then count Great Neck loadings, and deduct. No different than the cost sharing of the Port Jervis trains making some Jersey stops like Ridgewood. MTA's subsidy to NJT gets reduced.
