I think they were short cars when 2nd ave opened, considering they had to do uncomfortable things with the southern division routes (occasional R68 Ws and Ns).Anyone know if they've been doing a bit of roundabout: 1. R179s enter service on the J 2. J's R32s go to the A/C 3. A's R46s go to Jamaica Yard 4. Jamaica's R160's go to Coney Island yard in order to make up the shortfall? |
