No they won't.I never said charge subway fares on these train and offer free transfers at HPA. I said is send the TA the bill for the subsidy for the extra trains. Northeast Queens is a hell of a lot more commutable and livable for LIC workers than Jamaica or Southeast QUeens. It improves transportation to LIC because capacity is added and the #7 trains are filled to capacity. Everyone Great Neck - Port Washington cannot park at Little Neck station. It is physically impossible. As it is, some drive from points east to avoid the pokey Oyster Bay branch trains. |
