In that case I hope Amazon is up and running before ESA.Though there's not much that can be diverted. Except for the one Ronkonkoma train, the LIC/HPA service is diesel. Without new dual modes (I doubt the new order will be in in time) nothing additional can go to Penn. Their plans for streamlining Jamaica station operations make terminating trains there during rush hour even more problematic than it is now. |
