Which only affected the Park Avenue Tunnel. The anti-steam laws Olog-hai likes it cute are like a lot of what he says: mythical. There is a kernel of truth. There was a steam ban enacted in the 1920s, long after plans to build a cross-Hudson Bridge had been abandoned and it was found unconstitutional regardless and is not in force. |
