CDOT purchased 13, no 50 was painted in CDOT colors and used on the Danbury Shuttle. Nos. 988-999 were owned by CDOT and leased to Amtrak for service on the Springfield Line. They were painted in Amtrak colors. Amtrak removed these cars from service in December 1985. Four cars (at least), 988, 990, 992 and 998 went into service on Metro-North although they were still owned by CDOT. Larry, RedbirdR33 |
