On the LIRR through Queens off-peak, there are mostly empty trains and there are full trains. Long Beach trains tend to be the former, Ronkonkoma tend to be the latter. But it is hard to make a global fare policy to cover it all.At the very least, they should try to place the local stops on the Long Beach trains. Right now, there seems to be no policy. Babylon trains do KG and FH, others do Woodside, some do neither. |
