At first, I thought this was a typical heypaul thread, but then I read the article and saw it was truly deadly serious.Yes, this is among the reasons why ZPTO is completely unworkable in NYC, and OPTO can only work on 240-300 ft. trains- and even then, I think it's iffy. |
