The structure did extend to Jay Street. Until the Early 90's, Myrtle Ave was still a street connecting to Jay St. I remember the building on the corner was a three story brick structure, and the ground floor was "Golan Deli". I used to stop in there once in a while, until they tore the building down. Myrtle Ave may have been a little wider than the tree pedestrian walk is now, but I am not sure of that. |
