I use tinypic... and its free. You must jump thru some hoops to post pictures here using any hosting site. After you open an account, Upload your pics to the site then pick & click on the pic you want to post, then right click on the message board url prompt that will be to the left of the pic you want to post, cut/paste it to the "Post a New Message" section, then click on "preview Message Before Posting" and your pic should come up. You can move the curser to insert any text to go with the pic. Good Luck!
Theres probably an easier way, but I don't know about it. What I described works for me.
