Meanwhile, Customs takes 90 minutes to 2 hours inspect a 5 car Amtrak train crossing the Canadian border, and everyone as to get off with their luggage at Niagara Falls in each direction. It was timelier for a passenger train to cross in and out of the Soviet Block countries. |
