The last time I used a New York subway restroom was at Main Street Flushing (7) on an extended excursion with another SubChatter. It was tolerable for a quick visit and well used.The absolute worst public restroom in the world was at the Aurora terminal station of the Chicago Aurora & Elgin Railway, closed in 1957 with the cessation of passenger service. The encrusted filth had not been touched since the station was first opened. |
