"A lot of railroads did upgrades prior to abandonment."In many organizations, especially larger ones, one group is oblivious to what another is planning. I will never forget getting a solicitation for a Source credit card a week or two before CompuServe announced it was acquiring it and closing it. The RoW people may have no idea what the accountants and lawyers are planning. |
