Volkmer Tuscarora Almanac – September 20, 1976 – The Book of First Runs Brooklyn, New York New York City Transit Authority BMT Division BMT Standard 2204 takes up residence at the Court Street Transit Museum of Brooklyn. The unit cannot operate under its’ own power and was towed in by the “D” types. Source: New York Division Bulletin / October 1976 Tuscarora Almanac - September 20, 2002 - The Book of Last Runs Montclair, New Jersey New Jersey Transit Rail Operations Hoboken Division The last trains operate over the Greenwood Lake Division between Hoboken and Montclair. New Jersey Transit discontinues service on the portion of the Boonton Line between West End (MP 2.2) and Montclair / Walnut Street (MP12.1). This section of track was formerly the Greenwood Lake Division of the Erie Railroad. The following stations are closed Arlington (MP 7.0), Rowe Street/ Bloomfield (MP 9.9) and Benson Street / Montclair (MP 11.0). The last train to stop at Arlington was No. 1061 at 9:59 PM. The last train to stop at Rowe Street and Benson Street was No. 1015 at 11:33 and 11:36 PM respectively. The last timetable to show the old alignment was Form R 0030 effective August 3, 2002. The first timetable to show the new routing was Form 0030 effective September 29, 2002. The route was now referred to as the "Montclair - Boonton Line.
