Can a Senior who doesn't live in Pa. or have a Pa. address ride for free with a Senior Key Card after Aug. 31? Or, must they get a special half fare Out of State Key Card?

Brenda (12:43:50) : Welcome to SEPTA‘s Chat Now service. I‘d be glad to help you. One moment please.
Brenda (12:46:15) : In order for a out of state senior to ride for free they will need our new SEPTA Senior Fare Keycard.
Customer X (01:01:14) : If from out of state, are they eligible?
Brenda (12:47:48) : Yes, all they will have to do is come down to the SEPTA office and apply for the card. They will need to bring either a state picture id or a driver's license.
Customer X (01:02:27) : Thank you
Brenda (12:50:18) : Here are the hours to be able to apply for the Senior Fare Keycard.
