It's an indication that more trains need to be operated at the time you boarded.A 5:45pm boarding in the upper Bronx, is the rush hour shoulder at best. The are operating fewer trains than the did an hour an a half previously. It's a question of the MTA not scheduling a sufficient number of trains for the time periods people want to ride. |
