No, I favor trains--flanged steel wheels on steel rails. And if were back in the DC area, where I was raised, my late mother's house is a multimile ride from either the Rockville or Wheaton stations--about halfway on the Ride On bus. Besides, I have bicycled in both rain and snow when delivering the Washington Star; not interested in doing that at my age. |
