I would favor a proposal in which:(1) The Franklin Av Shuttle is extended north to connect to the G (2) The G and S are diverted in Greenpoint, west into a new East River tunnel under 23rd Street, ending on the west side of Manhattan, with stations connecting with most north-south subway lines. |
